Fees for Telephone Calls, Email messages, and Session Fees for Going Over the Allotted 50 Minutes.
Telephone Calls: Clients will be charged 1/4 of the regular rate for their sessions in 15 minute increments. For example, if you pay $100 per session, then your fee for the first 15 minutes will be $25. For each additional 15 minute increment, there will be an additional $25 charge.
Email Messages: A $10 fee will be charged for each email message that requires a response. Email messages that are carbon copied to Family Services Center or Liz Howell will not be charged unless there is a direct question that must be answered from Family Services or Liz Howell.
Session Fees: A fee will be charged for going over the allotted 50 minute session. Each five minutes over will cost clients and additional $5. Clients should strive to arrive on time for their appointments. For example, if a client arrives 10 minutes late, the client will still be charged for the full session, but only be seen for 40 minutes instead of 50 minutes.
